How can I a Publisher95 document in Publisher 98

I have a number of documents created in MS Publisher 95 v5 and currently have
MS Publisher 98. How can I open this file

Publisher 98 should open Publisher 95 files, at least they do for me. Publisher 95
was version 3.0 not version 5.0. Publisher 98 is version 5.0. I suspect your files
were created in Publisher 2000 or later.
How many files do you have? I can convert your files to Publisher 98, you may lose
formatting.
