How can I add a link to an option button?

I would like to add a link to an option button (I have two buttons 1(yes) and
1 (no) what I would like to do is when a visitor clicks on "NO" he/she will
be re-directed to another page) Is there a way of doing that?

Yes.
But what do you mean by "option button"? Are the buttons part of a form
(checkbox, radio, drop down)? Or...?
