How can I add polka dots to my art in Publisher?

I like to make art for screen printing using Publisher. Yesterday I clicked
on something that brought up some designs like stripes, polka dots and such.
Today I can't find it. Can someone help me out?

If you are coloring a shape, right click on it, click format auto shape, and
on the colors and lines tab, under fill in the drop-down menu for color,
click on fill effects, then the tab for patterns. You can then choose a
pattern and the foreground and background colors for the pattern.
