How can I add standard HTML Elements to the Style Drop Down List?

Other styles are added if you create and apply a style sheet to the pages w/i the site

| I would like to clarify as best as I can.
| In FrontPage, there is a drop-down list -
| http://www.aprisonforyourmind.com/FrontPageIssues/
| that only contains a few of the many HTML elements that can be applied.
| Do you know how to add any of the other HTML elements to this list?
