How can I capture e-mail addresses from a folder in Outlook

I need to pull the email addresses from several hundred bounced messages, so
I can have the database create a lookup for each failure, and we casn then
try to get correct email addresses to replace. I used rules to move all
bounce categories to a few folders, where I was hoping to extract the email
addresses from each individual error message ( Delivery Failure, etc), but
have found no good way to do this. Once I can extract the email addresses,
then it will be easy to export the returned list of emails as a csv
file...but I need to extract the emails first...Anyone have a good solution,
good software recomendation, anything ?
