How can I change print preferences to print emails?

I'm using Outlook 2003 and I would like to change my print preferences so I
can print emails in draft style. It keeps telling me I can't do that in
HTML, which is, I guess how emails come through. Is there a way to change
this?

No, you can't change the printing options. You can change the message
format to plain text for each message you want to print or enable read as
plain for all messages.

You can set up your single printer as several printers. One as a draft,
another as a a photo, another as regular--etc by changing the print
preferences on each one. However only HTML email can choose which printer if
you choose File, Print instead of the print button. Plain text emails will
always use your default printer.
