How can i change the default Save As location?

Does anyone know where to change the default location where files are stored
when you perform a File--->Save As function? Currently, the system defaults
to the My Documents folder. I need to change this to a specific location.

Tools -> Options -> File Locations

When you "save as", click My Computer and browse to a folder. This usually changes
the default.
