How can I change the size of the "To:", "CC:", and "BCC:" fields?

I found a way to change every other font in Outlook, but I can't find a way
to change the size of the "To:", "CC:", and "BCC:" fields (on both new and
existing messages). I'm working with a visually impaired user, and he
prefers not to use the "Magnifier" utility. Any help would be greatly
appreciated.
