Changing the Font Size of the Subject, To:, CC: fields

In Outlook 2007, I have found a way to change just about every font anywhere,
except for the fonts of the text in the To:, CC:, BCC:, and Subject: fields.

How do I / can I change the fonts for those fields?

Right now it's absurdly small. Everything else I've changed to Tahoma 10.
