How can I clear frames? (from a newbie, sorry)

When I copy plain text from any webpage and paste it to a Word document it shows frames or cells around it. Why? How can I clear the frames

Use Edit > Paste Special, and choose to paste as "Unformatted text".

When you get to the point of pasting into Word, use Edit > paste special as
unformatted text. If you do this a lot a macro will speed things up:

Sub PasteUnfText()
On Error GoTo Oops
Selection.PasteSpecial DataType:=wdPasteText, Placement:= _
wdInLine
End
Oops:
Beep
End Sub
