How can I color by value in a Visio org chart?

I saw in Help that Visio supports "color by value" for space plans. I
frequently would like to use "color by value" in org charts, especially ones
that I've built using the org chart wizard. Is there any way to do this?

Yes, while the Color by Value add-on was designed for use in space plans, it
can also be used for other diagram types that have data in the shapes.
However, I think it exists only in Visio Professional, not Standard. With
your org chart open, go to Tools>Add-ons>Building Plan>Color by Values
(assuming you have Visio 2003 Professional).
