How can I color (fill) the header area to have a green background

trying to format the header. the fill should be green and the font white.
i'm afraid this is not possible in project from what i have heard

No way I know of.

You could fake it with making an image the way you want it to look, then in
the FONT option you can insert an image. Not what you want but an ugly work
around.
