How can I create a search box with a search function button?

I have created and FAQ type of document with hyperlinks to the answers to the
questions but I want to put a search box on the top where a user could just
type in a word and click a search box and I cannot figure it out. Thanks.

I tried that and it brought up the Ctrl-F window, but the window then does
not function properly. It does not allow you to continue to find the next
occurrnecy. You can click on next but it doesn't do anything. Any
suggestions?
