How can I delete an oversize (23MG) email from my Outlook outbox.

I in error attached a large file (23MG) to an email. It isn't sending but it
is clogging my outbox. I've tried selecting it and deleting it -- no
response. I've tried moving to a different folder but I get a message that it
is sending.
