How can I delete pictures from Office Picture Manager

When I visit a gaming forum, Amazon, Best Buy, anything, all the pics end up
in Office Picture Manager, how can I delete them?

There must be thousands.....I click on delete and nothing happens, nothing,
please help if you can...thank you, Blondi

Open Picture Manager. On the left side of the screen you will see a list of
all your shortcuts. Find one that shows the Temp folder and delete it, also
find the ones that have Internet or temporary internet files in their names
and delete those shortcuts also.

What you are seeing are the icons and pictures from the web site that are
listed in your temporary internet files folder.
