How can i delete unwanted breaks (dotted lines)in text

I have dotted lines appearing between text lines in Microsoft Word. I can't
figure out what I did to get them there, or how to get rid of them. I can
delete some of them, but not those at the end of a page.

You can't delete soft page breaks. When the page is full, text must flow to
the next page. The dotted lines will not print.
