How can I download and add a new page border, and still have it w.

I want to do a news letter with two columns...when I try to download a border
I'm unable to get the border to stay around the whole page.

Format -> Borders and Shading ->Page Border should do it.

I'm guessing you are using just the borders menu, not the page border menu.
