How can I eliminate underlining when printing fill-in forms?

I've prepared a form that includes drop-down list boxes with several entries
in each. When an entry is selected,it is underlined in the form, which
appears when printed. How can I eliminate the underlining from the printed
form?

Remove the underlining from the field or the bottom border from the cell or
whatever else is causing it to be underlined.
