Also, if you have a mouse with a wheel on it, you can hold down the
Ctrl key while you move the wheel back/forth to change the current
view zoom and font size...depending on the application you're using at
the time.

And finally...if you're using Windows XP, you can click Start >
Accessories > Accessibility Wizard to make overall font size
adjustments to your programs.
