I have used rules to organize all incoming email into a folder Tree in Inbox.
Now I find that the Number of unread messages in a folder listed is only the
number in the open folder. It does not include the subfolders in that
particular tree. How can I know if I have any unread messages without having
to open my entire Inbox folder tree (which is sometimes 5-6 generations deep
and is quite lengthy)? or is there an easy way to open the entire inbox
folder tree with one keystroke? Using MS Outlook 2002 sp3;
Thanks.
