How can I get a Help topic window to stay on top?

The Help topics in Windows XP appear as floating windows that disappear when
you return to the working window ... which you have to do in order to follow
the instructions in the Help topic. Is there a setting that will keep the
Help window on top while I work though each of the suggested steps?

There should be a button on the Help window that looks sort of like a sheet
of paper with a fold going down the center. This is the AutoTile Button.
Click it, if it's there.
