how can I get my MS Outlook to launch when I start my windows?

How can I configure my MS Outlook to start when I initialize my windows
session?

Create a shortcut to Outlook on your desktop, and then copy it into you
'Startup' folder.
Now whenever you boot up your PC Outlook will automatically start.
