how can i include a watermark when I output to PDF from MSP 2003

I would like to include my company's logo as a background to my programmes,
when I output to pdf, preferably tiled. Does anybody know how I can acheive
this ?

Edit the PDF file and put it in that way.
Or, you could just print it on watermarked paper that you create in a
program like Word.

Another thing to try might be to create a logo in a separate program such
as Fireworks or Photoshop, etc. Then, adjust the transparency of the graphic
to be very thin. Try pasting that graphic on you schedule on the bars side.
I think it has to be a bitmap.
