How can I include phone numbers in address book contacts list

They already are.
Perhaps you should clarify what you might mean by "contact list."

I hope that wasn't your real mail address you included.

When you ask a question, ask in the body of the message and include details
like what you wish to do, what version of Outlook you're suing, and the
account type.

FAX numbers are already included in the address book list because they are
electronic addresses just like email addresses are. Home and business
phones, however, are not as so the address book interface won't show them.
