How can I insert a page break after each row?

I have a spreadsheet with 368 rows and 1 header row, 4 horizontal page
breaks, I want to print the header row and 1 data row on each page. I
would like to have the 4 horizontal pages combined into 1 page if possible.

do you mean that you want to print out 368 pages tall by 1 page wide?
putting each record on its own page with the header row?

Please clarify.
