Teacher Jen

I am trying to show PowerPoints to my classroom students. I have another
program to run at the same time and I need to view my Windows toolbar at the
bottom of my screen as my PowerPoint slides are viewed. How do I do That or
is it possible?

If you just need that so that you can jump to the other task you can use Alt +
Tab to tab to the other program. If you need to always see the taskbar you can
go to Slide Show > Set Up Show and set your show to "Browsed by an individual"
and it will be shown in a discreet window.

What Sonia said.... but also.

If you press the "windows" key (the one on the left on your keyboard), the taskbar will pop up.
The same windows Key and 'E' will start windows explorer.
