How can I make MS Outlook start only when I click on the program?

It starts up automatically whenever my computer comes out of hibernation. I
would like it to not start unless I actually decide to launch the program.
How can this be done?

Close Outlook before your computer goes into hibernation. Any open program
will "awake" when the computer awakes.
