How can I make the Send To appear in the file Menu of OutLook

Please I want to have the "Send To" menu to appear in my Outlook File Menu to
allow me send individual business and calendar cards to a Bluetooth device.
The Bluetooth menu has already been added to my "Send To" menu.
I used to have it there on a previous machine, but my recent XP pro/office
2003, machine does not have it.
