How can I mark a task uncompleted without erase it?

I have a project that have some task uncompleted because they was canceled.
I don't want erase that tasks because report some hours of work but the
reported hours is not the total. How can I manage it without erase in the
form that the percent completed of my project present 100%?

Hi Lilian,

Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup :)

Don't make the task 100% complete, let Project do that for you. Just enter
the actual work and enter zero for the remaining work.
