How can I mix landscape & portrait pages in multi page book?

Does anyone know how to have a mixture of portrait & landscape pages in
Publisher?

The training manual I am creating requires several of the pages to be in
landscape because the spreadsheet diagrams are too large to place on a
portrait sized page.

Your help is greatly appreciated!
