How can I open a word file which crashed before

My word file crashed. When I tried to reopen it, it gave me this message error:

The Office XML file ....docx cannot be opened because they are problems with
the contents.

details:

Unspecified error
Location: Part:/word/document.xml,line2,Column 454060

can anyone help me, i am whiling to send the file through email for help.

Hi xavier,

In the "file format" list in Word's File/Open (click the big round Office button)
dialog box you should find an entry "Recover text from any document". Does this
help at all?
