How can I order service packs from another country except USA?

I want to order Office XP Service Pack 3 from the Office site and I can't
because I am not a resident of USA. This is frustrating because I have
ordered many Windows XP Service Packs some years ago and I had them delivered
all fine. Is there any way that I can order them from Greece? If not, will it
be available in the future? Thank you for your time.

Either find someone with a DSL link who can down-load it for you, or contact
your local MS outlet.
