How can I populate a distribution list from a merge file in access

I want to merge or copy/paste a group of names and email address that I have
in an access database into a distribution list. I have also imported the
database into Excel and have two columns (one is the name, one is the email).
Is there not some way to move 200+ names into a distribution list without
having to do them all one at time?
