How can I put the username and password from fp to another diffre.

I want to make a webpage from frontpage like this webpage. if I put the user
pass on this page, its puting the date to another separate server and geting
logged in, I want this facilities. can anyone help me please with the total
process?
by the way, I hve tried by making textbox form and put this data to my link,
but, its not working, its showing my desired website, but not logging in.

Please help me with the solve

You can write a solution for that in ASP(.NET) or PHP depending on
what is available on the Server.
