how can I register my account with blogger - I am told it can't

when I first set up my blogger account I was able to post directly from the
blog template in windows. I have changed my password and now I am unable to
register the account. Can you explain why this is? I have windows vista
business 32bit.

I don't see anything in your question to suggest that it has anything to do
with Word. Are you writing the blog posts in Word 2007?
