How can I reinstall Office 2003?

I am reinstalling the Office Professional 2003 at this moment. I have
uninstalled the Office 2003 a few ago along with its other softwares namely
the OneNote, Visio, Publisher and others. During reinstallation, message
prompts that I have no full access on C:\Program Files\Comon Files\Microsoft
Shared\MSINFO\ folder.

I tried to browse the folder and I was able to open it. However, after
re-trial of installation of Office 2003, nothing happen and the same error
occurred.

This happens when CD is about to copy the OINFO11.OCX file to that folder.
Hope anyone here could help me in my prob.

Another thing, I noticed also that upon uninstalling of Office 2003, the
Microsoft Office folder remains in the drive.
