how can I remove password from word document

I forget some word documents file password.
please help me to remove them.

If the password has been placed to prevent opening the document, there is no
way to open the encrypted document without the password. There are password
cracking programs available, but they can take an inordinately long time to
work. An example I have tried is linked from the favourites page of my web
site.
