How can I resize text after I've already saved a project in Publis

Hello, I saved a project in Microsoft Publisher and then noticed the
alignment was not right.How do I resize text after the project has been saved?

I tried to bring it back up and double clicking on it to change things and it
doesn't let me .Is there a specific way to reopen it.And what is WAG?Thanks

To Mary Sauer,I can open Publisher,click on the project,the page comes up.But
then I don't know what to do to change the position of the words.I'm making
a logo and the words in the center are a little to high.I thought you can
usually double click on what you want to change,but it didn't work.Hoping
someone can let me know how.

If the text is in a text box you can move the text up and down by using the
enter or backspace key. If it is moving more than you like, highlight the text
you want to change, click paragraph in the format menu. You can change spacing.

You can use WordArt, it will stay where you want.

If you send me your work I will try to understand what you are doing, as it is I
can't quite get it.
