I removed an installation of outlook 2002 at the request of Microsoft tech
support and now outlook 2003 has no e-mail accounts nor can I access the
program to add my only account back into it. I cannot repair nor remove the
program from add/remove programs. I think my only hope would be to remove key
entries in the registry and then reinstall from scratch. how do I save my
settings, and then how do I restore my settings when I have installed it
again from my CD?
