How can i rotate a whole page

When printing both sides of a brochure, the second side is upside down(on the
same piece of paper). It appears that I need to rotate the whole page 180
degrees. How do I do this , or am I missing some print command? Using
Publisher in Office 2000.

If the printer does the turning for you (duplex printing), check all of your
printer settings. I think it's buried in there.

Yeah, it's under the Binding options - top-fold versus side-fold or boolet
versus tablet (IIRC)
