If the post made by Michael is what you want, the safest way is to put both
the music and ppt in one folder. Then re-insert the music.
Next, zip the folder using WinZip(
www.winzip.com ).
When extracting, be sure to extract the folder first instead of running the
presentation from the zipped file.
Alternately, if you are using wav file, you can embed it. Check this article
