How can I set up my page to A3 size when it prints on A3 is A4 si.

I want to print some posters onto A3 however I cannot find a way to change
the publication in poublisher, it accepts the page size as A3 however
whenever I print it is A4 size is there any way I can stretch the dicument, I
seem to be missing how to resize?

You have to setup your printer first, then the page setup. Select all, resize your
document to fit the new size, the text in text boxes will not change size, this will
have be done manually. You could select all, copy, paste special as a picture and
resize the document. Some printers have a zoom smart setting.
