In a demo some of my executives saw a view that showed the status of all
projects in the portfolio. In particular it red lighted projects that were
behind schedule. I can find no such view. Does this require programming

If you wish to see stoplight indicators in a PWA view to show project
progress, your Project Server administrator must open the Enterprise Global
file, and then customize an enterprise Project field to show stoplight
indicators according to your organization's tracking standards. Hope this
helps.

yeah...finally an opportunity to offer assistance instead of asking for some.

majork. If you still need assistance with this, I can help. This is one of
the views I have built for our Execs here (and Execs sure do like colors and
pictures on reports). I can document some steps for you and send them via
e-mail. Let me know if you would like (e-mail address removed).

Mike,

Would you please help me the same way?

PS:I tried one, but PWA doesn't refresh automatically the late tasks??
Because it doesnt refresh. It only takes the last updated value in the
MS Project Proffesional.

Ex: 13/12 : I worked on MS Project Proffesional. Task is "on schedule".
I saved and closed. In PWA it shows that it is "on schedule".

15/12 : The task should be "Late". But it still shows
"onschedule" in PWA. If I open it form MS Project ad it updates it
self, then the change is reflected to PWA.
