how can I sort appointments by category?

I want to be able to do time sheets based on my categories. I cannot seem to
access certain catergories and use them in this manner. thanks, J

In the calendar you can go to View | Arrange By | Current View | By
category to see them grouped by category.
You can also View | Arrange By | Custom and then select Filter | More
Choices | Categories to select the specific categories you want to
filter by. The returned list of events can then be used.
