How can I stop the Control tool box from popping up every time I .

I made a template using word, in the template I included some check boxes. I
saved the document as a template. Everytime I open the template the "Control
Toolbox" pops up automatically, how can I stop this from happening. I
designed this template for other users to use, so I don't want them to see
that pup op everytime they open the document. Any help would be
appreciated...thanks.
