How can I stop the Macro message in Powerpoint 2000?

I created a macro in Powerpoint 2000 and later deleted it. The message box
asking you to enable or disable macros is still coming up a startup. How can
I stop this message from appearing?

Click on Tools, Macro, Security and lower the level of security.
