how can i switch from pixels to inches? picture manager

im looking to print off pictures with specific dimensions (1.74" x 1.5") but
i dont know how to resize my pictures
any help would be appreciated

Hi May,

MS Office Picture Manager doesn't have the ability to choose specified sizes
in both width *and* height. It maintains the width to height ratio of your
original graphic, so if you choose height, it changes the width and vice
versa, to keep the sizing the same

Graphic editing (rather than album management apps), including
'donationware' http://irfanview.com don't have that sizing restriction and
can work in various measurement units.
