How can I transfer my auto correct entries from Word 98 to Word 2.

I have many auto correct entries that I use when doing transcription. I
recently upgraded harware and software(Word98 to Word 2003) and would like
not to have to recreate many hundreds of entries. Would anyone have an idea
on how this can be done? Thanks-
