How can I translate a Pantone Matching System (PMS) color to the .

Our corporate logo is PMS 322. When creating MSWord, PowerPoint, or
Publisher files, how can I "translate" the PMS color into the MS word palate?
I know I can do this somewhat by sight, but is there a more accurate way? A
translation table perhaps?
