how do I match the colour PMS 341 in publisher?

I have had professional printers create a business logo using PMS 341 colour.
I am trying to recreate the logo using publisher but am having difficulty
matching the colour. I would like to know if I can download the colour or the
specifics of the colour (ie red/blue/green) to recreate the colour.
